Child Protection Week : 30 May – 6 June

We are calling on mommies, daddies, grandparents, friends and family to help their children know their basic rights. You can help by giving them the opportunity to enter this competition!

Primary School Children

Colour-in the picture and drop it off at the Zululand Observer. (Remember to  write your name, surname, grade and contact number too.) Entry forms are available in the Zululand Observer and Baywatch Eyethu, and can also be downloaded by clicking on the link below:

High school children

As young adults, your rights also matter! Get involved and know your rights! Send us a video in which you tell us what you think your rights are as a young adult. Then upload your video on Facebook, Tag LifeLine Zululand and Zululand Observer | Hashtag #myrightsmatter or email your submission to tracy@synergycreative.co.za  

Child protection is everybody’s business. It’s important to instil basic rights in our children to ensure they understand that they deserve to be loved and protected – it’s their basic right. #myrightsmatter
