How to fit a homeschool space into your small home

Add kid-friendly storage

Look for kid-friendly storage that you could bring into the space for homeschool supplies, like a bookcase, dresser or kist.

This is where you could store items you want the kids to be able to access and put away by themselves.

Vertical storage

When you need more storage space, utilising vertical space in a small home is the way to go.

Put up a few open shelves and you’ll have a place to store all the items you want to have on hand for home school, but that you don’t want the kids to have unlimited access to.

To keep open shelves organised and reduce visual clutter, use attractive baskets, boxes and magazine holders to store homeschool supplies while complementing them with the rest of your home decor.
