Earlier this week, Marriott International announced that they have created Africa’s inaugural Orlando Pirates-themed hotel room at their Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! property.
According to their statement, the immersive offering brings football enthusiasts and dedicated followers of the legendary club an extraordinary opportunity to fulfil their dreams.
Latoyah Mei, a highly regarded interior designer, has painstakingly designed the Orlando Pirates-themed room, meticulously capturing the essence of the team’s rich legacy and enduring success.
The room showcases the iconic black and white stripes that have become synonymous with the club, radiating an air of refinement. Guests will be welcomed by tastefully crafted furniture adorned with black metal accents, flawlessly harmonising with the distinctive colours of Orlando Pirates.
The atmosphere is further elevated by the presence of inviting wood elements, ambient lighting, and modern monochromatic patterns, creating a luxurious ambience.
