Get fit fashionably
Metrosexual men who want to look their best while getting buff should visit Cotton On.
Cotton On’s first dedicated venture into the world of nen’s athletic fashion will be available at selected stores from October including Sandton City, Canal Walk, Cavendish and The Pavilion.
Engineered to fit and utilising the latest in hi-tech fabrics, the range, COAR, has been designed for every man, from the high performance athlete to the everyday fitness junkie.
“At Cotton On we take our health and wellbeing pretty seriously,” explains Menswear Designer Doug Scott. “Our headquarters
house a dedicated fitness centre which is staffed by highly qualified personal training experts. The COAR story is part of our brand’s DNA.”
COAR identifies with the two personas in men’s sporting apparel, the Performance athlete and the Active guy.
The Performance range has been built and engineered to follow the shape of the body. The incorporated mesh-panel technology helps air circulation, and moisture-wicking properties allow for longer and higher intensity training.
The Performance range is for the serious athlete who trains with a purpose and is goal-driven. The Active range is more fashionable in its appearance but reflects what guys want from their training gear. The assortment is made up of sweat pants, relaxed-fit tees and tanks and comfortable shorts are designed to be worn from the gym to the post-work-out catch-up with mates.
