The African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) was formed to promote Biblical principles in South Africa. It has consistently had a handful of seats in Parliament but has also been criticised for some of its stances, such as anti-abortion, sexual orientation and the use of condoms to prevent HIV/Aids.
