The Women's Pairs and Trips, and the Men's Fours have all qualified for the Commonwealth Games play-offs, but the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games Singles champion Bobby Donnelly was not so successful.

Donnelly, who skipped to a gold medal in the Men’s Trips a few days ago could not find line or length and ended bottom of his section with only one win in five matches.
Colleen Piketh and Tracy-Lee Botha had to beat Samoa and Scotland to qualify – and did, 26-6 and 16-14 respectively in a superb effort. They ended behind Norfolk islands on shot difference after they had been dumped by that side in round one.
The Trips, with skip, Susan Nel and second, Santjie Steyn, the holders from Delhi in 2010, and Esmé Steyn at lead won their three-nation section, following their defeat of Norfolk Islands 15-12, with a nervous 14-13 triumph over Wales, to be unbeaten. Then in a quarter-final clash they beat Scotland 21-9 and are through to the semi-finals.
Gerry Baker and his team rallied after their shock first round defeat to India to be unbeaten and, with victories over Namibia `14-10 and Canada 16-10, showed their spirit and secured a quarter-final spot.
The world champions Para Games SA B6/B7B8 Disabled Triples side are through to the final where they will play England.
