There are many sport fans who find snooker dreadfully boring but they certainly can’t say the press conferences are boring!
Mark Williams, the 43-year-old who became world champion again against all odds on Monday, provided some unexpected entertainment by appearing naked in front of the media.
The Welshman had made a promise before the showpiece tournament that he would ditch his clothes should he triumph.
And he certainly delivered!
Williams looked rather uncomfortable and even joked: “Don’t get too close!”
