Orlando Pirates played to a 2-2 draw with Cape Town City in a pulsating match at Athlone Stadium. The result left Pirates’ title aspirations hanging by a thread.
Kaizer Chiefs’ winless streak continued this past weekend when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Free State Stars.
Sundowns bowed out of the Caf Champions League after being held to a 0-0 draw by Wydad. The Moroccan went through to the final on 2-1 aggregate.
