This week on our weekend review, Phakaaathi’s Khaya Ndubane and Tshepo Ntsoelengoe look at this past weekend’s Premiership games as well as the Caf Champions League clash between Mamelodi Sundowns and Wydad Casablanca.

Orlando Pirates played to a 2-2 draw with Cape Town City in a pulsating match at Athlone Stadium. The result left Pirates’ title aspirations hanging by a thread.
Kaizer Chiefs’ winless streak continued this past weekend when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Free State Stars.
Sundowns bowed out of the Caf Champions League after being held to a 0-0 draw by Wydad. The Moroccan went through to the final on 2-1 aggregate.
