Salah was forced to leave the field with a suspected dislocated shoulder after the tackle by Ramos.
“Maybe for Madrid fans you are a hero, but to majority of football lovers around the world, you are a cancer to this beautiful game,” wrote Mane on his official Facebook account.
Ramos has come under fire from irate Liverpool fans, who accused him of deliberately injuring their star player.
