The Absa Premiership clash between Bidvest Wits and Black Leopards was abandoned on Thursday evening without a ball being kicked, because of persistent lightning around Bidvest Stadium.

After the match, scheduled for a 7.30 kick off, was initially delayed to 7.40pm and then 8pm, the match commissioner was ultimately forced abandon proceedings for the night, as the storms in Johannesburg refused to relent.
It has yet to be confirmed when the game will now be played.
