Unfortunately, the 2020 Cosafa Women’s Under-17 Championship, scheduled for March in Mauritus, had to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
There was, however, the inaugural Cosafa Women’s Under-17 Championship in 2019, a with Uganda claiming the crown after beating South Africa 2-1 in the final.
