The match at the FNB Stadium will be broadcast from 6.30pm (kickoff 7pm) on SS4, SS4HD and Select SA.
“Brazil represent the creme de la creme of international football, more so in World Cup year,” SuperSport’s acting chief executive Brandon Foot said in a statement.
“It is a great honour for South Africa to be hosting them and SuperSport is proud to be able to bring the broadcast to the nation’s football followers.”
It would be the fifth time the two sides would meet since 1996 with Brazil winning the four previous encounters — 3-2 in Soweto, 2-1 and 1-0 in Johannesburg, and 1-0 in Sao Paulo, September 2012.
The fixture represents Brazil’s second-last game before they attempt to capture a sixth World Cup on home soil.
The match also marked the 20th anniversary of South Africa’s democracy and honoured the late Nelson Mandela.
