Mamelodi Sundowns’ reserve side defeated Japanese side Ichifuna FC 1-0 to win the MultiChoice International Challenge trophy in Holland on Thursday.

The young Brazilians beat Excelsior Rotterdam 2-0 to reach the final, while Ichifuna overcame KAA Gent 5-3 on penalties in the other semis.
Sundowns won the 2017 MultiChoice Diski Challenge and subsequently competed in the tournament held in Holland.
