Mamelodi Sundowns are believed to be looking for another foreign striker to join their side after losing out on former Kaizer Chiefs striker Knowledge Musona who joined Belgian side KAS Eupen on loan.

Mosimane is rumoured to have sent scouts to look for a South American striker, meaning he would have to let go of one of his foreign players to free up space to adhere to the PSL’s foreign quota.
“Pitso calls South America his gold mine because he has had great players like Ricardo Nascimento, Leonardo Castro and Gaston Sirino all coming from that part of the world,” said a source.
Meanwhile, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says the Brazilians are playing for ‘pride’.
Mosimane, however, insists that Sundowns are targeting a Caf Champions League spot.
