Mosimane said the 120 minutes played by his charges in the Telkom Knockout penalty shoot-out victory against Chippa United on Sunday affected them.

“Difficult game for us, you could see we were not fresh,” Mosimane told SuperSport TV after the Baroka game.
“That 120 minutes took a little bit from us three days back and these guys weren’t playing.
“They put pressure on us, they looked sharper. You could see that. But we tried. It’s just that our execution wasn’t right in the box in the first half, Ali [Meza] should’ve cracked the ball, Kekana had a two-v-one passed too early,” he added.
Mosimane believes that Sundowns should have won a penalty for a foul on Mauricio Affonso.
“Mauricio (foul) there, I don’t know, it’s for you guys to talk about. Maybe Ace [Ncobo] will talk. But we didn’t really play that well that you could say we deserved the win. We have to be honest.”
The point leaves Sundowns seven points behind log leaders Kaizer Chiefs, but the Brazilians still have a game in hand.
