The former 2012 Afcon winner joins the Absa Premiership side from DR Congo giants TP Mazembe.
According to Zambianfootball, the forward had attracted interest from several Absa Premiership sides, but opted to sign with the Mother City side instead.
“The deal was facilitated by Isreali Agent Nir Karin and his Zambian counterpart Paricha Andrew Chikoye,” read a report from the publication in Zambia.
Sinkala had loan stints with Sochaux in France and Swiss side Grasshoppers before returning to mother club TP Mazembe.
