Senzo Meyiwa’s father slams Pirates
Sam Meyiwa believes that Orlando Pirates will continue to struggle until they help former goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa's family get closure on the late star's brutal killing almost three years ago.

A source close to the family said Senzo’s father Sam is still hurt that no one was arrested and tried for help have fallen on deaf ears.
“He swears that Pirates will struggle because his son is not at peace. He feels that Pirates have the power and resources to put pressure on the police to speed up the investigation yet they are doing nothing,” said the source.
Former Sport Minister and new Police Minister, Fikile Mbalula, meanwhile, has promised that the police will soon crack the Meyiwa case.
“It is one of my priorities to crack this case with the team. I’m very positive we’ll make arrests, but I don’t want to tip them (the killers) off by divulging the plans we are going to use,” Mbalula was quoted as saying by iol.co.za at the weekend.
