The central midfielder, who was linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, has signed a three-year contract with Siwelele. His current deal with Celtic was set to expire at the end of the season.

Celtic announced the news on their Twitter account on Wednesday.
“Bloemfontein Celtic is delighted to announce the contract renewal of Lantshene Phalane on a new three-year deal. The journey continues!” Read the club tweet.
The 30-year-old has been a star performer for Celtic since joining them from Moroka Swallows in 2015.
He has made 10 appearances for Siwelele this season and made two assists.
