Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Chicco Twala said people needed to stop spreading “fake stories” and give authorities space to work.

“The police are doing a wonderful job investigating the matter. It is just that these people are publishing nonsense. People must leave the police to do their job and they will find the culprit. It is nonsense. It is fake stories. I won’t believe anything until the police finalise their investigation,” said Twala.

Twala also responded to claims that his son, Longwe, is involved in the former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper’s murder.
“I did not commit murder. If my son committed murder, I will be the first person to take him to the police. I will never defend my son if he murdered somebody.
“The thing is, if he shot someone in front of witnesses, they will talk. It makes a noise and implicated those who pulled the trigger,” added Twala.
Senzo was shot dead in an alleged botched robbery at Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s home in Vosloorus in 2014.
His killer is yet to be arrested.
