According to media reports in Zimbabwe, the Team of Choice and CAPS are ironing out the finer details of the deal before the winger is officially unveiled as a Maritzburg player.
Nyoni says he is happy to come and play in South Africa, even though he will not be donning the colours of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.
“It’s not every player that will get an opportunity to play for Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates. If you get an opportunity 2 earn better in another country despite the league, grab it. Invest and prepare your life after football. People judge you based on results & not intentions,” read a tweet from the winger.
The winger also shared a picture of himself at the airport with members of his family.
