Gavin Hunt has hinted that a central midfielder could be top on his shopping list in the upcoming January transfer window.

The veteran coach lost Ben Motshwari and Xola Mlambo to Orlando Pirates during the transfer window and he is left with few options in the middle of the park.
In a league match against Mamelodi Sundowns, Hunt had to play leftback Keegan Ritchie as a makeshift central midfielder, and the 28-year-old scored with a stunning free-kick to earn the leaders a point.
“We don’t have much in midfielders and we need a little bit more there going forward,” said Hunt.
