Tinkler aiming to capitalize on Wits’ misery

The relegation threatened Students welcome Eric Tinkler’s Matsatsantsa A Pitori at the Bidvest Wits Stadium tonight.

Both sides are not enjoying the best of form, with SuperSport having a six-game winless streak, while the defending champions Wits are at the foot of the log.

“Yes they are sitting at the bottom of the log but you can’t underestimate anyone at the moment,” said Tinkler.

“Psychologically, when you are in that position it is difficult. I have been there before and I know that to get out of that hole is not an easy thing and we need to try and take advantage of that fact,” added the former Orlando Pirates mentor.

“There are no easy games in this league. I think everybody has seen that anybody can beat anyone right now… you can’t take anything for face value,” he concluded.
