The sale of Bloemfontein Celtic is still on – Konco

Konco confirmed the sale of the club and that there are interested parties who are willing to keep the club in Bloemfontein.

The sale and reports of the club leaving the Free State province led to protests in Mangaung.

“I can safely say the club will stay in Bloemfontein,” Konco told Metro FM.

“The few potential buyers that have put up their hands say the club will stay in Bloemfontein, so if that goes through, we are happy. If it doesn’t, we will continue with the club.”
