Tembo reveals why Lakay left SuperSport United
SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo believes the reason why Fagrie Lakay left the club to join Bidvest Wits was because the Students offered him more money.

Lakay signed a pre-contract with Wits in December and later joined them in a swap deal that saw Mxolisi Macuphu moving to Matsatsantsa on a loan deal.
“With Fagrie it had to do with contractual challenges. I think he decided to move because probably he was offered more, you know how it is,” Tembo told reporters.
“His contract was coming to an end and we could not do anything to stop him. It was his decision and we have got to move on from that.”
Lakay is yet to make his debut for the Clever Boys since completing his move at the end of the January transfer window.
