The Brazilians have already traveled to Uganda to prepare for the cash set to kick-off at 4pm at the the Phillip Omondi Stadium in Kampala on Friday, March 17, 2017.
“We played against a very good team, they are organised, and they play football,” Mosimane told SuperSport.
“We let ourselves down. We should have not allowed the goal. But we still won the game, and we will go and fight in Uganda. We have put ourselves in this situation, so we should not complain.”
Kampala coach Mike Muteba said Sundowns should expect a tough match in Uganda.
“The goal gives us an advantage,” said Mutebi explained.
“You watched the game. We did not come here to defend. Sundowns is not known for defending. They were attacking.
“I believe when they come back to Kampala they will play like that. The away goal is important. It gives us confidence but that doesn’t mean that the tie is over.”
