Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sipho Mbule has credited teamwork for the 2-0 win against Royal AM in a DStv Premiership match at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Tuesday evening.
The skilful playmaker put in a Man of the Match performance to help his side stretch their unbeaten run to 27 league games this season.

Peter Shalulile and Lesiba Nku both scored in the comfortable win against Thwihli Thwahla, who are looking over their shoulder with 15th-placed Richards Bay two points behind. With two games remaining, Royal AM will be hoping not to get sucked into the relegation-promotion play-off spot.
Mbule thanked his teammates after being named the Man-of-the-Match in KwaZulu-Natal. The former SuperSport United midfielder nearly got on the scoresheet but Hugo Nyame produced a fine stop to deny him.
“I’m thankful but it’s not work alone. It’s a collective with the guys and the coaches. I think the technical team has been incredible and I’m happy to be here today. The players that I play with make things easy for me,” Mbule told SuperSport TV after the match
“The likes of Aubrey Modiba, Sphelele Mkhulise and Bathusi Aubaas, we complemented each other very well today and I think that’s why we got the result. The competition is healthy, as you know that all of us here are quality players. It boils down to whoever gets the chance, they must use it, as you know there are many players.”
