Mamelodi Sundowns striker Sibusiso Vilakazi could make a comeback before the season ends.
The Bafana Bafana star has been out since he ruptured his Achilles tendon on duty with the national team last October. However, the 29-year-old has returned to light training and might take to the pitch sooner than expected.
“Vila has been looking great at training and all that he needs now is to get back his match fitness. But it will all depend on how the title race pans out because Pitso Mosimane will not want to risk throwing him into the deep end after a lengthy lay-off,” said a source.
