Dikwena, who edged Polokwane City 1-0 on Wednesday night, are set to meet Amakhosi at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Saturday night.
Chiefs went down 1-0 to Chippa United on Wednesday night and Ntuli anticipate a tough encounter against the wounded Amakhosi.
“It’s going to be a difficult game. We are playing against a big team. We are playing home so we have to win. We have told ourselves that we have to win all our home games,” said Ntuli.
“We have to continue playing the way we have been playing. We shouldn’t think that we are playing a big team or what because on the pitch it’s 11 against 11. We have to focus on getting the three points.
“The Chiefs game is very important for us to win. Since they come from a loss, it’s going to be difficult for us. We have to work harder than them in order to win. I would like our supporters to come in numbers to rally behind us and we will make them proud,” added Ntuli.
The game is set to start at 6pm.
