Sredojevic denies Pirates link

Sredojevic, who has had a stint with Pirates more than a decade ago, has hinted at leaving the Cranes after their premature exit from the 2017 Afcon tournament.

“Uganda and seven different countries and clubs are chasing my services,” he told the City Press.

“I don’t know where that [reports of an offer from Pirates] comes from, nobody approached me.

“My mind will go somewhere with (the) right football project. My second homecoming to South Africa must be properly done.”
