According to Modisane, Mthethwa will invite SuperSport‚ the Premier Soccer Leaue and the Department of Communications to find a solution to the problem.
SABC couldn’t broadcast the first around of Absa Premiership matches because of a standoff between them and rights holders, SuperSport.
“The minister is open for communication he is walking in there with a clear mandate to make sure that when he walks out of there at least there is something we can give to the public and we are hopeful that the all the parties including the PSL know and note how important the matter is,” Modisane told PowerFM.
