“After a good period at Ajax where I played a lot, after a disappointing time where I was not a player who was playing on a weekly basis,” Serero told the Vitesse website.
“Now that my contract in Amsterdam has finished it is time for a new club. Vitesse are known as a good football team, and last year I watched them win the cup. I feel that my qualities will fit in perfectly with the way Vitesse play, and playing in the Europa League is a great challenge for me.”
