The club’s media officer Berry Ramunenyiwa has credited the club’s success in the playoffs in the players’ ability to remain focused throughout the campaign.

“We are fortunate this time around that no player was linked with a move away from the club this season,” Ramunenyiwa told Phakaaathi.
“That obviously affected some players in the past but this time around no one was rumoured to be moving, no players were approached by other clubs hence our results in the playoffs.”
Leopards midfielder Meshack Maphangule, however, is reportedly wanted by Kaizer Chiefs, Bidvest Wits and Polokwane City.
Maphangule’s contract with Leopards is set to expire at the end of June.
