Sangweni happy with Malesela’s recovery
Chippa United captain Thamsanqa Sangweni says the presence of head coach Dan Malesela on the bench for the club plays a huge role.

Malesela had to spend time in hospital after complaining of chest pains, which was suspected to be a heart-attack, however, the Chilli Boys coach was back in action two days steering the team into the last 16 round of the Ke Yona Cup with a 1-0 win over Witbank Spurs.
“He is huge for us and his presence meant a lot to everyone in the club. He is back. He is 100% and we are all happy to have him back with the team,” Sangweni told the club’s website.
The Eastern Cape outfit have been drawn up against Polokwane City for the next phase of the competition.
