According to the Daily Voice, the Bafana Bafana defender, who joined Sundowns from Ajax Cape Town on deadline day, was driving at 198km/h on the N1 highway in Cape Town at 9.55pm.
He was apparently rushing to Goodwood Police Station to certify documents needed for his move to Sundowns when he was flagged down by a traffic cop in the vicinity of Goodwood.

The 20-year-old made a brief appearance at the Goodwood Magistrates’ Court on Friday, and was charged for excessive speeding.
His case was postponed to Tuesday, September 5.
Sundowns spokesperson Thulani Thuswa confirmed that the club was aware of the incident that happened last night.
“We are aware of the incident as the player’s agency contacted us. The player was on his way to certify papers at the police station. He is now with Sundowns, and we will support him.”
