PSL player branches out to music

A PSL player has branched out to music and released a Kwaito song, Phakaaathi sources have revealed.

Golden Arrows’ Andile Fikizolo has followed in the steps of former players including Doctor Khumalo, Steve Lekoelea and Jabu “Pule” Mahlangu who dabbled in music during their playing days.

A source close to the player said he has teamed up with respected Durban based producers to make a song and is hoping to release a full album in the near future.

“How did you know about that?” asked the source when asked about it.

“You guys really know everything. Yes it’s true, he has a song although I forget its title, but it’s a banging song.

“He is surprisingly talented in music as much as he is in football. He said it has always been his dream to do music and he put aside some money and funded this project,” said the source.

Phakaaathi can reveal that the song is titled Izinsimbi and will be released soon.
