PSL charges Kaizer Chiefs with misconduct

The Premier Soccer League has charged Kaizer Chiefs over the behavior of their fans at the FNB Stadium when they lost 3-0 to Chippa United.


Amakhosi supporters were not happy with the outcome of the match and blamed it no coach Steve Komphela.

Komphela went into the tunnel with the players under fire from the fans who threw objects at them.

Chiefs will appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee next week Wednesday (18 April 2018).

Statement

The Premier Soccer League has charged Kaizer Chiefs FC with misconduct and bringing the
League into disrepute.

This is after Kaizer Chiefs supporters threw objects onto the pitch during their Absa
Premiership fixture against Chippa United on 07 April 2018 at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.

Kaizer Chiefs will appear before the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee on 18
April 2018 at 18h00.
