PSL appeal its DC’s decision on Tshakhuma case

This comes after the DC found Tshakhuma guilty of contravening NSL Handbook Rules during their fixture against TS Sporting.

The Premier Soccer League has announced that it has taken the decision of its Disciplinary Committee handed down in the matter involving Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC on appeal.

This comes after the DC found Tshakhuma guilty of contravening NSL Handbook Rules during their fixture against TS Sporting on April 20 at Thohoyandou Stadium.

The club was fined R30 000, with half of the fine suspended for 12 months.

In a statement, the PSL said it was appealing this decision.

“In light of the urgency of the matter due to the impending finalization of National First Division fixtures and in line with the provisions of Rule 63.1 of the NSL Handbook, the League has referred the appeal directly to an arbitrator,” read the PSL statement.
