Pitso Mosimane wants to replicate Manchester City
The former Bafana Bafana coach draws inspiration from English Premier League side Manchester City who have a 11-point lead over crosstown rivals Manchester United.

Mamelodi Sundowns are five points clear at the summit of the Absa Premiership with at least three games in the bank. Mosimane has warned his side against being complacent until they open a gap similar to that of Pep Gaurdiola’s side.
“Games in hand don’t mean a lot, I like the points that we have. SuperSport United had games in hand but they drew last week and they lost on Wednesday (against Free State Stars), so those things don’t work, you have to win your games,” said Mosimane.
“It is encouraging (to be at the top) but it goes both ways. It gives us confidence and at the same time everyone is gunning for us. Let’s try and wrap it up and copy teams like Manchester City, they go for it every week irrespective of the opponent.
“If we open a gap of 15 points then you can say that it would be stupid for us not to win the league,” he added.
Masandawana will be looking for a fourth win on the trot this afternoon when they take on Bloemfonetin Celtic at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
