Mamelodi Sundowns squandered a 1-0 lead in the final 10 minutes of their Absa Premiership encounter with AmaZulu on Saturday, with veterans Mabhuti Khenyeza and Siyabonga Nomvethe snatching the three points from the African champions.

According to Mosimane, the match could’ve had a different outcome had Fifa referee Bennett “managed” the game well.
“The problem was not on the game, it was on the management,” said Mosimane.
“I want to break my record of not talking about referees, I will talk now.
“It is very sad that Leonardo Castro was brought down in the box by the goalkeeper and they didn’t give a penalty. Nomvethe’s goal was one metre offside. Thapelo Morena made a deep run in the first half and it was not offside. Oupa Manyisa was brought down in the box, it was supposed to be a penalty,” said Mosimane.
“All those things create problems, it is difficult because when one small referee makes a mistake they go to him because he is a soft target and they take him out. No one touches the big boys, it is sad,”
Masandawana suffered a third straight home league defeat following 2-1 losses to Polokwane City and Kaiser Chiefs.
