Bafana Bafana and Bidvest Wits captain Thulani Hlatshwayo has signed a new deal with the Clever Boys, thereby ending speculation on his future with Wits.

Wits CEO Jose Ferreira has confirmed that Hlatshwayo has signed a three-year-deal with the Clever Boys.
“Thulani Hlatshwayo signed a contract extension. He’s a keeper and we are happy to keep him for the next 3 years,” said Ferreira during an interview with 702.
Hlatshwayo has been linked with a move to Pirates during the current transfer period.
The 29-year-old added fuel to the fire when he recently stated that he would welcome a new challenge.
