The 18-year-old has signed a four year deal with the Ligue 1 side.
“First I thank Orlando Pirates for giving me the opportunity to go abroad to trial and conquer one of my dreams,” Foster told PiratesTV.
“It all happened with a trail at AS Monaco in 2017, it was a week trial and I think I did pretty well and lucky for me I got a contract and I signed. Just thanks to the club for allowing me to go abroad and thanks to AS Monaco for believing in my talent and I hope to replay them on the field.”
The Soweto-born striker will work with French legend Thierry Henry at Monaco.
