According to a source at the club, the players reported to camp following the holiday break, only to find out that their services will no longer be required at the club.
“It a came as a surprise to hear that they will no longer be with the team,” said a source at the club.
“What I hear is that the technical staff is no happy with their performance, but I doubt that because I have seen them play and they are all good players.”
“For their sake, I hope they do find teams because it won’t be a good thing for such talent to go to waste in our country, those boys have a bright future ahead of them.”
This week, head coach Zipho Dlangalala also left the team leaving former player Benson Mhlongo to take over the MDC team.
The young Buccaneers first MDC match this year will see them go head-to-head with rivals Kaizer Chiefs in the Soweto derby at the Sinaba Stadium on Sunday.
