Pirates players giving everything – Micho
Sredojevic hopes the fans see the effort his players give every time they go on the field and with their backing, he believes the players will rise to the occasion.

Orlando Pirates coach Micho Sredojevic says he is not looking at how the Absa Premiership is going to finish, and that his side are taking it one game at a time, with the next match in focus their clash with Bloemfontein Celtic at the Orlando Stadium tonight.
Pirates did themselves a favour when they beat Golden Arrows FC 1-0 in their previous game to stay in contention for the league title along with leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, who are on 40 points after 21 games, while Pirates are in second place with 39 from 22 games, followed by Bidvest Wits in third place on 38 points from 22 matches.
“Regarding what the final product will be, we really don’t know and we cannot speak about it because we are not magicians who can see in advance. We forget about this result against Golden Arrows and turn our focus only towards Bloemfontein Celtic on Tuesday,” said the Bucs coach.

Knowing very well that the league title and the Caf Champions League are their only hope of claiming silverware this season, Sredojevic hopes the fans see the effort his players give every time they go on the field and with their backing, he believes the players will rise to the occasion.
“We need to apologise to our supporters, we cannot serve all the food at once. We are looking towards every match for a good portion to feed their souls. I hope they are seeing on the faces and body language of the players that they are giving everything for the badge and shirt – this is our ultimate target,” he added.
“We know that once our players give everything, our supporters will be happy with the effort we are putting in. And once we put the effort in and get the support from our supporters, we know our quality will rise and that our investment of effort will pay us back.”
Meanwhile, Celtic head into this game following a gruelling clash against Sundowns which ended goalless at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday. The Free State outfit are eighth with 30 points from 22 games.
The last time the sides met, Celtic won 1-0 at the Free State Stadium courtesy of a Bongani Sam strike.
