The wait is over for Orlando Pirates fans after the club finally announced the signing of Ghanaian striker Kwame Peprah, as well as Nigerian defender Olisah Ndah, both on a three-year deals.

Peprah’s signing has been highly anticipated for over two weeks now, after reports coming from his native country revealed that the striker was on his way to South Africa to conclude a deal with the Buccaneers.
Ndah, meanwhile, signs with the Soweto giants from Akwa United.
“Orlando Pirates Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of two players – Olisah Ndah, who joins from newly crowned Nigerian Premier League champions Akwa United and Kwame Peprah from King Faisal Football Club in Ghana,” the club announced on their website.
“Olisa Ndah is a 23-year-old defender who joins the Mighty Buccaneers having formed part of an Akwa United squad that lifted its maiden Nigerian Premier League title last season. The towering central defender was widely regarded as one of the finest players in the Nigerian Premier League last season.”
“Peprah on the hand, is a striker who joins having had a stellar individual season for the Babes, as the club is affectionately known. The Ghanaian produced a goal tally return of 12 goals and 10 assists in his 29 appearances for his club this past season.”
The Buccaneers administrator Floyd Mbele says they are pleased to unveil the two players and thanked their respective teams for handling the negotiations well.
“We are proud to announce the signings of Olisah and Kwame. I would like to personally thank both Akwa United and King Faisal Football Club for the professional manner that they handled these transactions. Both players have signed three-year deals.”
With Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids at the helm of the Buccaneers, they will have to ensure to that they work hard to ensure the players adapt quickly, with the team having had some problems in defence, as well as upfront, where they have injured players in Tshegofatso Mabasa and Zakhele Lepasa.
