According to reports, the Zambian will still be with the club next season after he was rumoured to be on his way out after the fallen season ended.
Club chairperson Khurishi Mphahlele said they would allow Nyirenda to sign the players he needed in the team.
Nyirenda helped the club win their first trophy before they survived relegation towards the end of the season.
“The coach is the one who makes all the signings,” Mphahlele told Sowetan.
A source close to the club said the management had budgeted R3 million for new signings.
“If you need any information regarding players then speak with him,” a source from inside the club told Sowetan.
