Ngele opens up about his frustrating time at Sundowns

Black Leopards midfielder Mogakolodi Ngele wants to regain the form that once had him being touted as one of the best foreign prospects in the Absa Premiership.

Ngele joined Leopards during the current transfer window after ending his five-year stay at Sundowns.

“I’m delighted with my move to Leopards. I just want to put the past season behind me and work my way to rediscovering my best form,” Ngele told SundaySun.

The Botswana international struggled to find game time at coach Pitso Mosimane’s side since joining them from Platinum Stars in 2014 and was often loaned out to other club.

Last season he failed to make a single appearance for Sundowns.

“It was frustrating looking at other guys playing, while I warmed the bench.

“Every opportunity is important. I thank Sundowns for giving me that chance. And now that I’m here, I want to achieve things, just like I wanted to achieve at Downs, and add value to my new club,” commented Ngele.
