New date for SuperSport vs Club Africain clash

The Caf Confederation Cup semi-final first leg clash between SuperSport United and Club Africain has been moved from Saturday to Sunday.


The match was originally scheduled to take place at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday at 3pm, but will now be played on Sunday, October 1.
SuperSport have confirmed that they have received a communique from Caf informing them about the date change.

“SuperSport United have received a communique informing us that Caf have decided to re-schedule the match between SuperSport United (RSA) and Club Africain (Tunisia) from Saturday, 30 September 2017 to Sunday, 1 October 2017 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium at 15H00,” read a statement issued by SuperSport.

“Since SuperSport United have no choice but to comply, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to our supporters and other stakeholders.”
