New Al Ahly coach reveals Chiefs and Sundowns offers
New Al Ahly coach Patrice Carteron says he received offers from Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Frenchman, who signed a two-year deal with the Egyptian giants, says he signed for Al Ahly because they are giants of African football.
“I had other offers from Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs but the priority was definitely for Al Ahly,” Carteron told KingFut.
“I am very to sign with Al Ahly which is the African football’s giant. I am still young but I possess great experience I earned through my spells with TP Mazembe and Wadi Degla,” he said to According to KingFut.
“Negotiations were finalised rapidly. I will fight in order to lead Al Ahly to win titles and make the fans happy.
“I committed to my word with the Red Devils and terminated my deal with Phoenix Rising by mutual consent,” he added.
