This comes after the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber cleared him to face his former club.
Ndoro and Ajax appeared before the DRC on suspicion that he had contravened Fifa rules by playing for three teams in one season.
According to the Fifa regulations, rule 5.3 states that a player is allowed to register with three clubs in one season, but only play official matches for two of those clubs.
With Ndoro having played for Pirates, Al-Faisaly and Ajax during the current campaign, which indicated that the player might have contravened the Fifa regulations.
However, the PSL ruled in favour of Ajax and Ndoro.
Ajax announced on their official Twitter account that Ndoro is available for selection.
“BREAKING NEWS: The PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber has ruled in favour of Ajax Cape Town and Tendai Ndoro.
“The Zimbabwe international has been declared eligible for selection,” read the club tweet.
