Myeni got an assist and a goal for Matsatsantsa in their 2-0 victory over Platinum Stars at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Tuesday.
Myeni joined SuperSport on loan from Bidvest Wits on the last day of the transfer window.
“We needed three points and I think every player worked hard. Obviously I got the goal and the assist, which I think will boost my confidence and help the team to get more points,” Myeni told SuperSport TV after the match.
“I had to come in earlier after Teboho Mokoena got injured, but the coach told me to wait a bit. I obviously had to go and warm up. When I came in the guys told me that I need to pick up the team.”
Matsatsantsa have six points after three games, having registered two wins and one loss.
